Do I own the website?
You own your content and domain. We own and run the site build while you're subscribed, then transfer full ownership on request after 12 months.
What counts as an update request?
Small content changes: editing text, changing prices, adding a new service, updating hours, swapping photos or adjusting contact details.
What is not included?
Custom software, ecommerce, complex booking systems, paid ads, brand strategy, copywriting from scratch, and daily hands-on changes.
Can you connect my booking system?
Yes. We can link to tools like Halaxy, Cliniko, Calendly or Fresha. Full booking-system setup may be an add-on.
What happens if I cancel?
Your service ends after the 30-day notice period. We can export your static site files and help transfer your domain so you keep your content.
Do I need to already have a domain?
Ideally yes. If you already have one, we connect it. If not, we help you register one.
Can I use my own email address?
Yes. Google Workspace or another email provider can be connected. Provider fees are billed separately.
